Our home visit service

From your initial enquiry we start compiling your design brief to ensure it meets your criteria and budget.

At this stage one of our designers will visit your property to gain as much information about your preferences, requirements, expectations and practicalities. During this visit we may need to take measurements, swatches of existing flooring/fabrics and a few photographs for reference purposes.

Our fee is £60.00 per hour, within 10 miles of WR11 7RE*. This is redeemable on custom made orders over £1,500 including VAT.

During our visit we can address each issue to ensure your brief and budget is met. Guidance and advice will be provided on the fabrics, colours and finishes. This can also include re-upholstery, furniture, lighting and accessories.

We will then invite you to our showroom and demonstrate the proposed design scheme ideas. We recommend meeting at the showroom because occasionally alternatives need to be found. Estimates can be provided at this point too.

Once options have been narrowed down we will arrange for large samples to be supplied to you for consideration. We strongly recommend having large samples to try in your room and live with for a few days.This ensures that the options sit comfortably against existing furniture and that you become familiar with your choices in different lights.
